Energy Management
We assist the park in implementing intelligent upgrades on the user side by installing smart meters for all power units.This enables unified energy-saving management across the park, with costs covered by Yihui New Energy.

Solar Power Station
We utilize approximately 8,000㎡ of rooftop space in the park to install a 1.3MW BIPV photovoltaic power station, operating in a “self-use with surplus power fed into the grid” model. The BIPV rooftop is elevated by 2.8 meters, increasing rooftop utilization and meeting national standards while preventing waterproofing issues.
EV Charging Station
Fifteen parking spaces at the rear of the park are leased to build a new energy vehicle charging station, equipped with a photovoltaic carport. This provides convenient charging facilities for new energy vehicles and enhances convenience for park tenants.
Parking Shed
We offer free construction of steel-structure parking sheds at the existing parking lot, matching the current design and further improving tenant satisfaction.
